Sarah Price - Voice, Songwriting

Sarah is rooted in the deep belief that everyone can sing beautifully. She is a recent graduate of Michigan State University, where she received her Bachelor of Music in Music Education. Sarah is rooted in classical and choral technique, but she performs and teaches a wide range of vocal styles including opera, jazz, musical theater, R&B, rock, and various foreign languages. Whether students are looking for traditional vocal lessons or simply want to sing the popular music of today, Sarah will help every student discover their own sense of artistry through their vocal power.

Sarah also performs with her band Cloud Magic, and has had plenty of experience in the studio and on the stage in everything from operas, musicals, choirs, and various “rock” venues. Sarah also helps young songwriter’s develop their original work. She would love students interested in improving their voice through their original music. Her piano and guitar background can also aid students who hope to work on accompanying themselves.

Sarah is currently accepting beginning to advanced voice students, vocal ensembles, and singer/songwriters..

Individual and Group Rates: $25.00 per 1/2 hour lesson, $35.00/ 45 minutes lesson, $40.00/ hour lesson

Sing Like An IDOL Camp

July 11-15
Ages 8-12 (9a.m. - 12p.m.) • Teens (1 p.m. - 4 p.m.)
Unleash the idol within! After one week, you can understand proper singing technique, the elements of a great performance, and you will simply love to sing. Campers will experience singing solo and harmonizing with others in our final concert. All voices and singing styles welcome. Great for beginners and groups of friends!

Singer/Songwriter Camp

August 8-12
Teens (9 a.m. - 12 p.m.)
Become a songwriter this summer! Learn the basics of composing, recording, and chart writing to explore the power of original music. All musical styles, abilities, and levels of experience are welcome! Songwriters should have a very basic ability to sing or play an accompanying harmonic instrument (guitar, piano, bass, ukelele, etc.)
